Fact: I am a vegetarian. I used to be a really horrible vegetarian and only eat bread and cheese, but now that I’ve been living this lifestyle for over 10 years, I have discovered that there are so many amazing recipes out there for us vegetarians. I now eat a wide range of very healthy vegetarian meals and today I wanted to share 10 that I thought would be perfect for Summer.
