This rather lightweight full-size standard stroller weighs in at 23 lbs and is easy to maneuver even with the additional 9 lb Chicco Keyfit car seat attached. If stroller weight is an issue, the Cortina is a full 5 lbs lighter than the popular Graco Quattro Tour. The Cortina has all the standard stroller features plus a couple unique ones. This travel system comes with the Chicco Cortina stroller and the matching Chicco Keyfit infant car seat. The Key Fit has a one-hand release that makes it so easy to snap in and out of the stroller. This stroller features a solid handle bar that has two grip pads to help you steer. It's easy to maneuver and the adjustable handle up and down makes it great for short or tall parents. It's a very easy one-handed fold with a folding handle by the parent tray. It has one parent cup holder with a covered snack tray. The canopy with peek-a-boo window isn't very large but it does rotate completely forward in front of the baby to block the sun or wind. < br> The seat reclines flat, which we love, and is easy to adjust. A 5-point, padded harness is included along with a 3-position footrest that makes an infant bed when raised. The large storage basket underneath is accessible even with the seat fully reclined because the back of the basket folds down and has plenty of room for everything you need. There are two baby cup holders with a fabulous removable, dishwasher-safe snack tray, a feature that we have only found on the Cortina. The baby tray flips up out of the way to allow easy access to the seat or is easily removable with two buttons. The removable tray is nice for toddlers who insist on getting in and out of the stroller on their own. The front wheels each have their own brake and the back wheels have linked brakes that lock the wheels at the same time. The Chicco Keyfit is a rear-facing infant car seat that can be strapped into the car independently or used with a Keyfit base. The Chicco Keyfit car seat is not the lightest or the heaviest on the market weighing in at 9 lbs. It has a weight limit of 22 lbs and comes with a newborn infant insert to provide comfort and a better fit for newborns 4-11 lbs. The 5-point harness is easy to adjust and the seat easily snaps into and out of the base. The car seat comes with a built in leveling system that makes installing easy. One feature that we don't like is that the car seat canopy is rather small. Since the Keyfit is new, it doesn't have a long safety record, but does have to follow government safety standards like all car seats. Overall, the Chicco Cortina Travel System is a great choice. The features and available fabrics make it a definite winner in our book.
