Full Review: see below   Lowest Price:  $69.99   (from 3 sellers) Full Review: DaisyGear was launched in May 2006 as a feminine spinoff of DadGear, the widely popular men's diaper bag company. Daisy bags incorporate the same great features as DadGear but with a more feminine and slightly smaller styling. For instance, DaisyGear bags have a contoured front flap and more feminine patterns, but are still tough, durable and roomy. At first glance, we could imagine the Daisy Sport Bag hanging on the shoulder of a sporty mom like Gabrielle Reece. But taking a closer look, the bag isn't just sporty, but fun and functional with many great, different features than you won't find on the standard diaper bag. The first thing we noticed, was how well made the bag is. It's extremely durable with construction that was obviously paid attention to. The hardware on the bag is strong and easy to operate and the fabric is easy to clean. The bag even has a rough, durable material on the bottom to withstand the occasional dragging and scraping that happen to our diaper bags when big sis wants to "help" carry things. DaisyGear bags have three main features that set them apart from your run-of-the-mill diaper bag: a reversible front flap, inside straps and quick access wipes window. Probably the most innovative design feature is the removable and reversible front flap; removable for easy cleaning, and reversible for changing the color/pattern on the bag just to mix it up. Either way, the front flap clips close quite securely to keep all your contents safely inside in case your bag tips over. The second design feature we love is the inside straps ("stroller hangers") that allow you to turn the messenger bag into a stroller bag without removing the shoulder strap and/or connecting other straps together. (Note: the adjustable shoulder strap is not removable.) We also found that when not using the stroller hangers on the stroller, you could use them as a binkie holder for quick access to help avert the inevitable binky emergency. And the third innovative feature is the quick access wipes window. Under the flap is a opening to give mom quick access to a refillable wipes container at a moment's notice. As moms, we all know how frustrating it can be when a situation calls for a quick wipie and we have to search to the bottom of the bag. The DaisyGear Sport Bag has loads of pockets to organize all of baby's things. On the outside, there are two bottle pockets on the sides, two open front pockets, a zippered lower front pocket, and a rear zippered pocket that holds the included changing pad. On the inside, there is one large zippered compartment and two smaller pockets good for diapers. We'd like to note that the two side bottle pockets are rather small and it may be tricky to get a large sippy cup in them. The interior is big, allowing you room for all the essentials for traveling with baby. One thing this bag is missing, is a carry handle on the top. We didn't realize how often we used that handle to grab the diaper bag, whether it's off the front car seat or from the ground, until we didn't have it. Overall, this sporty bag is a great medium-sized diaper bag with some innovative features that make it worth a second and third look when shopping for diaper bags.
