The Papasan has a nice subtle vibration to comfort the baby and plays 8 soothing songs. Since it's round and a little deeper, moms feel a lot more secure having their babies sit and sleep in it. It also has these wonderful carrying handles so you can safely take baby from room to room while they nap if needed. It also folds down and is easy to travel with. This is definitely worth the $50, a higher price than most bouncy seats, because of the comfort factor and the cradling effect!
