This compact high chair attaches to most dining and kitchen chairs but still has many of the great features as a full-size high chair. Attaching the Space Saver to your kitchen chair is easy with two secure straps, one for the back of the chair and one for the bottom. Once in place, we found the high chair to be very stable, or at least as stable as the chair that it's attached to. It also has non-skid rubber feet on the bottom of all four corners for add safety. There is an adjustable 5-point harness that changes to a 3-point harness and a permanent crotch bar that is helpful for keeping baby in place. Cleanup is a breeze with a padded, vinyl chair cover that is easy to wipe clean, but is also soft and comfy. The easy-to-do one-handed tray is dishwasher safe and isn't too big and bulky like other trays we have seen. Like most trays though, we found that it barely fits into a standard size dishwasher and may be a bit too big if you have a small one but since the tray is easy to hand wash it's not a deal breaker. It has a 3 position seat recline that is great for bottle feeding or when our kids have literally fallen asleep on their grilled cheese. One downfall of the seat recline is that the high chair has to be pulled away from the back of the kitchen chair to allow it room to recline. The Space Saver also has an adjustable height option on the bottom that is useful for coordinating it with the height of your kitchen table. A great feature of the Space Saver is that once your baby gets older, you can remove the seat back and cushion to turn it into a booster seat for your toddler. This feature makes it great, not only for your home, but to travel with as well. Like all booster seats that attach to other chairs, be careful at the height and proximity to the table. If your baby gets their feet on the edge of the table and pushes back, they have a very good chance to tip the entire chair backwards. We love that the Space Saver comes in two solid, neutral colors (tan and green) instead of the loud, cartoon covered chairs we have seen in the past. Retailing at $50, this compact, space saving high chair is great for small kitchens, twins (who has room for two full-size high chairs anyway?), or just moms that don't want their kitchens cluttered with big baby gear. With its one handed tray, 3 position recline and height adjustment options, easy to clean cover, compact size and great low price, we give this high chair 5 stars!!!!
