I don't have any regets I spent the money I did. Because of my back I was trying to minimize the need to carry more than needed to and fro whether it was a short trip to the grocery or a longer one to somewhere like Target etc. I will say that my expectations stopped there. However the uses didn't stop there. I even used it at quite a few restaurants and though I packed a changing pad into the zippered area I did use it one or two times as a changing pad. It says that it comes with an attached pillow which I later found out was only attached because of a velcro loop on the pillow that is secured to the cover itself. That to me makes it better as there were times when bb was small that I wanted to move it depending on his abilites. I couldn't imagine one trip I made when he was 18mos and sleeping without it as he would have surely woke and been uncomforable. There is plenty of room for all your bb needs including bottles provided they are stored on seat area. The bag is bulky if full when using for a highchair cover and on a few highchairs it wouldn't work to well if he were a husky baby. It's bigger than some cart covers and will fit the bigger shopping carts as long as it's washed in cool water. It also covers the whole front of the cart so even your hands don't touch the handle of the cart and as he got older this area sometimes served as a snack tray for cereal or a small bowl. I always was asked where I purchased it as there was so many advantages. It comes with a plasic duffel it can be stored in but I hardly used it because it zips up into a duffle like bag on it's own. I realize I've said alot but wished there was a review like mine to read as I might not have bought a small diaper bag for day trips with this info. I tried them all and took them all back. This one is the very best! It covers the whole cart completely, fits every cart, is easy to put on and off and is so cute! My only complaint is that it's a tad big, but it needs to be to ward of all the cart cooties!
