It is not! The tray is definitely not a one-handed tray but yet my toddler can kick it off at every meal. It's hard to clean with food getting stuck in all the nooks and crannies. The recline is hard to do. Overall, it just looks good but it's not. My biggest problem is that the tray has a snap off tray that is easily snapped off by my toddler. Also, the entire tray doesn't stay on and my daughter constantly is able to get her feet under the tray and kicks it off to the floor. It's NOT easy to clean. It's NOT easy to recline. It's just not a very functional high chair. I would recommend you buy a different product. This chair tries to have all the features but there are problems. First, my 7 month old can kick off the tray almost everyday. The recline is hard to do. And the wheels don't even roll well. Also, I hate that this chair is hard to clean. The food seems to get stuck everywhere. I do like that there is a 5 point harness but that's about it.
