Worst: Putting cover back on after washing is a little hard. Full Review: I think this is the best nursing accessory you can buy. It is far more comfortable than the Boppy. It attaches to you so you can adjust it for more comfort. It has a backrest that really makes a difference you will notice right away. I have one of these upstairs and down since I never want to be without it. There are little pillows for baby’s head which help get them in the correct and comfortable position. My husband even used it to help hold the baby when giving a bottle since it took the pressure off his arm. The only hard part is putting the cover back on after you wash it. It is hard to get it to fit back on right but you do not have to do it often. Even with that I gave it five stars because I think it is the best. Worst: sometimes I wish I could take off the back support Full Review: I found My Brest Friend a lot more comfortable to use than the Boppy. It is adjustable so it fit perfectly around my waist. It was neither too high or too low. The back support helped me keep a good posture while breastfeeding. My baby was very comfortable with it too. When my baby was smaller, the shape of the My Best Friend pillow allowed me to rest her on top of it with my hand supporting her head, instead of having her whole weight in my arms. I can say that my breastfeeding experience was even more pleasant with this pillow. The back support is great, but there were times I wished it were removable, like when I just wanted to rest my back against the couch. I was, however, able to wear the pillow with the back rest off and hanging to the side.
