My family and I just got back from a wonderful trip to Omni Rancho Las Palmas in Palm Springs and today I’m going to tell you all about it! You can read all about the Omni Rancho Las Palmas and book a room right on their site here.
Where is the Omni Rancho Las Palmas?
The Omni Rancho Las Palmas is the perfect family friendly vacation spot in Palm Springs! They have a 27 hole golf course, 25 tennis courts, an adult only pool, a family friendly pool, Splashtopia waterpark, health and wellness programs, a 20,000 foot European spa, restaurants, and family friendly activities planned all throughout the day for you to take part in!
ROOM TOUR
Let’s talk about our amazing room first! It was big, comfortable, gorgeous, and ice cold. EXACTLY what I want in the Palm Springs scorching summer heat! Each room also has a balcony or patio, depending on what floor you’re on, that’s complete with a little table and chairs. It was nice to be able to sit out and have our breakfast with a beautiful view! Here’s some photos of our room.
SPLASHTOPIA WATERPARK
Our favorite part of the resort was Splashtopia! Yes, there’s even a water park inside the resort! How awesome is that? It’s open from 9am-9pm and my son would have stayed there all 12 hours every day if we had let him! Splashtopia has two 100 foot water slides, a 425 foot lazy river, cliff side jacuzzi, a sandy beach area, a big pool, water splash area for the kids with fountains and sprinklers, plenty of lounge chairs, and a restaurant where you can get kids meals, burgers, and drinks delivered to you without having to leave!
If you’re staying at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas you can enjoy free golf, and who wouldn’t want to golf with a view like THIS?!
Restaurants
Blue Ember is their main restaurant on property and it’s got a fabulous menu! We also really loved Palms Café on property. It’s a quick service place that is stocked full of so many healthy options! They also had TONS of gluten free and vegan options so I was one happy camper!
Some other fun things about The Omni Rancho Las Palmas:
-There are fun activities planned all throughout the day, every single day that you and your family can enjoy! Each night they have a family movie night in their theater! There’s also fun and games hour for the kids to enjoy each day. My son took part in this one day and he absolutely loved it. He got to build Legos and play games with other kids his own age. Bingo, pot painting, they have something for everyone here and I love that!
-Spa Las Palmas. If you want to completely indulge while here, check out their spa for the best massage and facial of your life!
-Shopping. Yes, they even have shopping. They have a variety of cute boutiques here where you can pick up fun souvenirs or any items you left at home.
From the moment we checked in to Omni Rancho Las Palmas I knew we were in for a huge treat. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to answer any questions we had and make our stay even more enjoyable. We did and saw almost everything on property and were so pleased with it all. The property very beautiful and immaculately clean, which is saying something since we travel a lot.
Not only did the adults have fun, my son had the time of his life. Yes, sometimes you want a romantic get away with your significant other, and I actually think that would be great here too, but sometimes you want to take the kids, and this is the perfect place for that! Whether you’re 1 or 100, there’s something for everyone to do. I do hope we travel to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas again soon!
