Sixteen 21 Day Fix Recipes That We Love

Sharing is caring!

The first rule of the 21 Day Fix is to talk about the 21 Day Fix, right?! Okay, maybe not. That’s doesn’t mean that I can’t talk about 21 Day Fix recipes.

I didn’t really want to go on and on about my latest weight loss and healthy eating agenda because let’s be honest, it seems like I pick a new one each January. One year it was my obsession with Title Boxing and hitting my way to losing weight.

For a few years after my 2nd son was born, it was Weight Watchers. Then there was P90x. (That one didn’t work out so well for me!). Last year was the weight loss challenge with my family. Yep, I’m clearly a serial dieter.

After a few pounds crept back on in the second half of the year, I’m jumping back on the bandwagon and starting something new. Change is good, right?!

WHAT IS THE 21 DAY FIX?

The 21 Day Fix is a diet and exercise program that helps you control your portions, balance your macronutrients, and burn calories. The 21 Day Fix uses color-coded containers to measure your food intake and assigns you a daily calorie target based on your goals. You can eat a variety of foods from different food groups, such as vegetables, fruits, proteins, carbs, healthy fats, seeds, and dressings.

The 21 Day Fix also includes a workout plan that consists of 30-minute sessions of cardio, strength training, pilates, yoga, and more. In this article, you’ll find some delicious and easy 21 Day Fix recipes that will help you stick to your diet and enjoy your meals. Whether you need breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack ideas, we’ve got you covered with these 21 Day Fix recipes.

So, this year I’m trying the ever-popular 21 Day Fix. I have a few friends that it worked fabulously for them and they lost over 20-30 lbs and look great! (If you don’t know what they 21 Day Fix is, you can find out more information here.) So, I ordered the Beachbody package that included the colored containers, workout DVD and food book.

Seriously, my intention was to not talk about the 21 Day Fix and avoid being one of those annoying people online who share every meal photo with everyone.

The problem was that I was a little overwhelmed by the containers and what recipes to do at the beginning of my journey. Therefore, I decided to share some of my favorite recipes that I have found so far and some I’m dying to try with you in case you are starting the 21 Day Fix and need some ideas too.

So here we go with our favorite 21 Day Fix recipes… (I put the container colors under the links to the recipes!)
